VIVIENDAS JARDÍN began its activity in the 1980s with the construction of unique, low density residential properties linked to large green spaces and leisure centres.
Without losing sight of this specialist area, the company expanded its management activity to incorporate other real estate projects, whilst maintaining its strong commitment to comfort, quality of life, and respect for and integration into the environment.
Currently, the company is present all along the Mediterranean Coast and the Canary Islands, with a range of coastal residential complexes, interior tourism, first homes, industrial developments, in addition to commercial and business centres.
